I’m Stephanie, and I’ve been where you are… overwhelmed, exhausted, and wondering if growing a business really has to be this hard. I built multiple businesses while raising a family and pushed myself past my limits more times than I’d like to admit. Hustle culture taught me to keep going, but my body told me something different. Rebuilding my work and my life taught me how to grow with clarity, structure, and intention instead of stress.
I knew I had to help other entrepreneurs find a better way.

Today I run operations for founder-led creative businesses across Canada and the US. I build the systems that let a growing business run without the founder holding every piece, with clear ownership, clean handoffs, and delivery that doesn't hinge on one person. I do now for other teams what I spent 12+ years doing for my own.

2014
Launched my career in the wedding industry as a floral designer, serving couples with custom floral designs for their special day.
2016
Grew my floral business to include luxury weddings, styled shoots and collaborations with top-tier planners in Ontario.
2020
During the pandemic, I expanded into e-commerce, launching Bluum Maison - a curated home decor brand.
2023
Running two businesses while producing and delivering over 100,000 units for a national campaign, working with tight deadlines and international logistics.
2025
Transitioned into Online Business Management, combining 12+ years of experience into business support services that help others grow with ease.
